Facilitation Workshop
Dates: 24 – 26th May,
Time: 9am – 5pm,
Location: JCU Townsville City Campus, City Arcade 373-385 Flinders Street Mall
Cost: $1200
In this 3-day workshop you will gain intermediary and advanced facilitation skills to facilitate small and large groups of people. You will learn how to deal with group dynamics, and particularly, how to work with “difficult groups”. The workshop considers a contemporary approach to the world’s most well-known practices and philosophies of group facilitation. Practical facilitation activities will prepare you to become a more effective and resilient group leader.
Our training is recognised for Continuing Professional Development points by many organisations and professional associations, particularly where conflict management is seen a relevant professional skill. JCU will provide certificates to participants who complete the training.
Your Trainer: Dr Andrew Rixon
