Job opportunity: Learning & Development Advisor for the Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria (DSCV), Melbourne

The Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria (DSCV) is looking to recruit a Learning & Development Advisor to join their team.

The role will involve building DSCV people capability to support delivery of alternative dispute resolution training packages across Victoria, and for the design and implementation of organisational development initiatives to improve organisational effectiveness.

The successful candidate will support the Manager, Service and People Development by taking a lead in the training and education portfolio for DSCV both as a Registered Training Organisation and also as a Recognised Mediator Accreditation Body within the National Mediator Accreditation System.

Proven experience in a senior learning and development role (including curriculum development), strong conflict management skills and excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
