Professional Development (PD) Training

Three day workshop: 12-14 March, 9am to 5pm, JCU Townsville

Presenter: Dr Andrew Rixon

In this workshop participants examine the dynamics of group facilitation and consider how to work with difficult groups and groups in conflict in some way. Participants will address groups in conflict from the perspective of participants, mediators and facilitators drawing on a range of theoretical models to inform practice. The training covers process design, process management, and introduces participants to intermediary and advanced skills of group facilitation.
