Converge International seeks Principal Consultant for Melbourne office
An energetic, full time Principal Consultant is required for a dynamic, not-for-profit organisation, to deliver from a suite of consulting services to clients located in Melbourne and across regional Victoria.
About the role
With extensive experience in delivering workplace conflict resolution services, including mediation and team facilitation, the applicant will have full accreditation with the Mediator Standards Board. Experience in coaching and delivering strategic human resource solutions is highly desirable. A driver’s licence, own vehicle and a willingness to deliver services across regional Victoria are mandatory requirements of the role. Find out more here >>
