Do you have high level communication skills and the capacity to engage with a wide range of stakeholders located across NSW, including courts, police, local councils, legal services, housing services and more?

 

Do you have a sound understanding of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) principles and the role of ADR in the NSW legal system or the capacity to develop such understanding?

 

As Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator, you will work to achieve widespread knowledge and use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Community Justice Centres (CJC), NSW’s free community mediation service available across NSW in a wide range of dispute types including neighbour, community, small debts, business, workplace and family disputes.

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate your capacity to engage strategically with referrers and other stakeholders and to coordinate stakeholder engagement work done by others within the organisation.  It is expected you will have prior professional experience in a community engagement, communications or similar.  You will be required to coordinate the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of stakeholder engagement strategies, including attending meetings and forums, building strong networks and producing written communications such as web content, brochures and articles. Experience and/or knowledge of ADR and the legal system will be highly regarded.

This is an Ongoing role, to be filled Full-time.
