These creative development workshops have been designed in such a way that anybody from any profession can attend.
The focus is on understanding the creative process, why developing a creative disposition is important, and how that leads to creative resilience as an individual and business.
The workshops are experiential, and include a range of processes to stimulate creative thinking. Some of these include story, mind mapping, body maps, movement, discussion and reflection. The workshop provides time and place for people to explore their creative potential regardless of their professional role.
A 2010 IBM CEO Survey stated that creativity is the most important leadership quality needed in the coming years. A new Creative Industries report highlights the increasing demand for creative skills across all industry sectors in our economy and how creativity adds value. Added to this is our ability to adapt and respond creatively to the ever-changing world in which we live.
The workshops attract a diverse group of people and I know each person leaves inspired and with renewed thinking about their personal and professional life and projects.
Organisations recognise the value of the workshops for professional development. The workshops can be delivered as is or designed to meet a particular organisational need.
